Who operates this website

The website is operated by Alexander Oparin, MD, individually under the name Oparin Medical. This policy concerns website inquiries and technical website information. Medical records, clinical communications, and any separate privacy notices for care follow the arrangements explained before care begins.

Information you provide

The Contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. I use this information to review your inquiry, reply, and handle related appointment or administrative questions. The form sends the inquiry to me by email; hosting and email services process information needed to operate the form and deliver the correspondence.

The form is for administrative questions. Please do not include diagnoses, test results, medical records, identity documents, payment card details, or other sensitive information. Use the clinical communication channel arranged for your care for medical questions and documents.

Technical information and browser storage

The hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, request time, and response status, to deliver the website, maintain security, and investigate technical problems. The website is hosted by Hostinger.

Website functions can use browser storage. For example, WordPress stores an emoji-display capability check in browser session storage and can request emoji images from WordPress.org when needed. Those external requests disclose technical connection information to that service. Browser settings can restrict cookies and other storage, although some functions may be affected.

No separate site-level response to browser Do Not Track signals is configured. Technical processing needed to operate and secure the site continues. Third-party services may collect information about activity over time and across websites when you use their services or your browser requests their resources; their own privacy policies and choices apply.

Service providers and external websites

Information may be processed by providers of website hosting, email delivery and storage, and technical support as needed for the purposes described here. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the security and rights of the practice, website users, or others.

Booking links open Cal.com. WhatsApp and other external links also take you to separate services with their own data practices. Information you provide through those services is handled under their applicable policies and the arrangements for your care. An external link does not make that service part of this public website.

Retention and requests about your information

Leaving the website does not delete an inquiry already sent by email. Messages and replies can remain in correspondence and backups. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, ongoing administrative needs, applicable legal obligations, security requirements, and the retention and backup settings of the services involved.

To ask about information you submitted through the website or to request access, correction, or deletion, email info@oparinmedical.com. Give enough information to identify your inquiry without sending medical records or identity documents in the initial message. I may need to verify your identity before acting. I will review the request and explain what can be provided, corrected, or deleted under the applicable requirements. This website process does not replace the rules for clinical records.

Children

Children under 13 should not submit their own personal information through the public Contact form. An adult making an administrative inquiry for a child under 13 should use the adult’s own name and contact details and should not include the child’s health information or identity documents. The arrangements for adolescent care are explained separately.

Changes and contact

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes to the website’s information practices will also be announced by a notice on this website.
